Send or give the two (2) recommendation letters and envelopes to those who will recommend you. Ask them to mail them to the address included. One  recommendation letter must be submitted by your current pastor. Be sure to attach a recent photo for identification purposes. (Snapshots are acceptable) Enclose initial application fee of $25.00 with your photo.
